At the time, A was at the playground with his wife and 21-month-old child. When B began smoking nearby, A reportedly asked him, "There are children here, so please put out your cigarette."
As B refused, a verbal argument broke out between the two. Afterward, when A attempted to take a video of B with his smartphone, B reportedly gave chase.
A claimed that he fled around the playground area for about 200 meters while holding his 21-month-old child.
After A handed the child over to his wife, B grabbed A by his clothes and collar, pushing and pulling him, which caused A to fall. A reportedly suffered injuries to his shoulder, lower back, and fingers, requiring approximately 20 days of medical treatment.
A also claimed that before the police arrived at the scene, B asked which building A lived in and made remarks to the effect that he would set it on fire.
A's side claimed that following the incident, the child has been suffering from aftereffects, such as waking up startled from sleep or showing anxiety when an older man approaches.
A police official stated, "Based on the victim's statement and CCTV footage, we investigated the confirmed facts and forwarded the case last month on the 29th on charges of assault resulting in injury."
