Seoul, South Korea – CJ OliveYoung, a leading health and beauty retailer in South Korea, announced today the selection of 20 promising beauty brands for its "K-Super Rookie with Young" pilot program. This initiative, in partnership with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, aims to cultivate and support the global growth of small and medium-sized beauty enterprises.

The selected brands were chosen from a pool of approximately 180 applicants, based on rigorous evaluations conducted by OliveYoung's global merchandising team. Criteria included alignment with global beauty trends, unique selling points, and growth potential.

To facilitate the global expansion of these selected brands, OliveYoung will provide comprehensive support, including:

Offline Promotion: Dedicated product displays will be set up in key stores located in popular tourist destinations like Myeongdong and Hongdae, accompanied by promotional events and sample distribution.
Online Marketing: Leveraging the OliveYoung Global Mall, the company will offer exclusive discounts, coupons, and product samples to international customers.
Customized Marketing Strategies: OliveYoung's experienced team will develop tailored marketing plans for each brand, utilizing internal data and market insights.
"We are committed to supporting the growth of promising K-beauty brands and expanding their global reach," said a representative from CJ OliveYoung. "Through this pilot program, we aim to identify the most effective support measures and scale up our efforts to enhance the competitiveness of Korea's beauty industry."

By the end of the year, the 20 selected brands will benefit from OliveYoung's extensive online and offline infrastructure, receiving marketing and promotional support to penetrate the global market.
