Governor Park Soo-hyun expresses deep gratitude

Chungcheongnam-do and Nonghyup Chungnam have opened and begun operating "Dedicated Financial Windows for National Merit Recipients" to put the values of loyalty, filial piety, and decorum into practice.

On the 15th, the province held a "Commemorative Event for the Opening of Dedicated Windows for National Merit Recipients" at Gyuam Agricultural Cooperative in Buyeo-gun. Attendees included Governor Park Soo-hyun, Buyeo-gun Mayor Lee Yong-woo, Nonghyup Bank Chungnam Headquarters Head Oh Joo-hyun, and representatives from veterans' organizations.

With the opening of these dedicated windows, national merit recipients visiting any of the 508 agricultural cooperative branches across the province (60 Nonghyup Bank locations and 448 local agricultural cooperative branches) can now utilize financial services without waiting in line.

Governor Park Soo-hyun stated, "I deeply thank Nonghyup for opening these meaningful windows to practice proper respect and honor for those who have dedicated themselves to our nation. We will continue to do our utmost to strengthen veteran honors that national merit recipients across the province can truly experience."

Oh Joo-hyun, Head of Nonghyup Bank Chungnam Headquarters, responded, "In alignment with the province's policy direction of providing the 'highest level of respect' to national merit recipients, we have opened these dedicated windows. We will continue to enhance financial convenience for national merit recipients and expand financial services that coexist with the local community."
