Attorney Noh Jong-eon, who represented Heo Woong's ex-lover, Mr. A, spoke out when he was sued by Heo Woong's side for false accusation and defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Lawyer Noh said on the 31st, "Heo Woong's ex-girlfriend said in an interview with the media on June 28, 2024, before she met me, that her second pregnancy occurred while she was not in a relationship with Heo Woong." After a brief separation, sexual intercourse against my will was forced upon me. “And because of this, I became pregnant again,” she said in an interview.

He continued, “He said that even if there is some lack of evidence in the actual investigation of sexual violence crimes, if the victim’s statement is not false and consistent, a complaint can be filed, and I asked two questions.” The two questions asked were ‘whether the content of the interview was truthful’ and ‘whether the recording or conversation that showed that the sexual relationship at the time of the relationship was mutually beneficial was good.’ According to Attorney Noh, Mr. A said that his statement was true and that there were no recordings or conversations.

Furthermore, “Heo Woong’s ex-girlfriend said, “At the time of the victim statement at the time of writing the complaint and investigation, she had been drinking heavily and was in a state of insanity, and she had been forced to have sexual intercourse due to Heo Woong’s assault and coercion. Such forced sexual intercourse occurred several times other than this one, and she had an abortion He stated that he was forced to do so,” and emphasized, “This part is consistent with the content of the interview he gave in the media article on June 28, 2024, and the content of the interview with me before filing the complaint.”

Attorney Noh said, “However, Heo Woong’s ex-girlfriend told me that she felt so wronged that she decided to file an objection through another law firm. And recently, they suddenly notified me of my dismissal for all the incidents and stopped responding to my calls,” he said, adding that he was embarrassed and did not understand why this situation occurred at the time.

However, Attorney Noh later claimed that he was able to understand Mr. A's actions through the messages he sent to his acquaintances. According to Mr. A’s message presented by Attorney Noh, “We need one scapegoat, and that is Noh Jong-eon,” “I decided to commit suicide because I was abetted,” “I decided to file a motion not to be punished if Noh Jong-eon is put on trial for falsely accusing him of being a teacher.” It included content such as “I was promised.”

Finally, he said, “We have begun a legal review into whether the current situation is related to the above indiscriminate distribution and the subsequent cajoling, pressure, and instigation. If it is found to be true, we will take legal action such as false accusation, special price law (threat of retaliation), etc. “It is judged that this is inevitable,” he said, foreshadowing legal action.
