On-site interviews and customized consulting provided, along with career mentoring and employment support programs.

Cheonan City announced that it hosted the "2026 Chungcheongnam-do Job Fair" on November 4 at the outdoor theater area of Baekseok University. The event was organized to resolve local labor shortages and facilitate employment matching.

Co-hosted by Chungcheongnam-do and jointly organized by six organizations—including Cheonan City and Baekseok University—the job fair featured 73 outstanding local companies conducting recruitment procedures for a total of 860 open positions.

The venue offered practical employment support programs, ranging from on-site job interviews by company to career counseling, one-on-one customized consulting, and job exploration mentoring.

During the opening ceremony, key dignitaries, including Cheonan Vice Mayor Kim Seok-pil, attended to perform an encouragement ceremony supporting job seekers.

"We hope this job fair serves as an opportunity for job seekers to find stable employment and for companies to discover tailored talent," Vice Mayor Kim Seok-pil said. "We will continue to pursue job-linking initiatives to vitalize local employment."
