MIAMI, USA – Trax, a leading provider of aircraft maintenance software, has announced that it will supply its digital platform to a new, state-of-the-art aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Malaysia established by SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC), a subsidiary of the Singapore Airlines Group. Reduced Maintenance Turnaround Time: The digital system will shorten maintenance durations through a fully electronic check package process.
Optimized Workforce: Trax's Production Control application improves manpower allocation and work scheduling, ensuring the facility operates at maximum efficiency.
Real-time Inventory Solutions: The eMRO platform manages all inventory, warehouse, and tooling aspects, providing maintenance teams with immediate access to parts availability and tool utilization data.
Streamlined Financial Processes: eMRO handles contract management and introduces digital invoicing, simplifying administrative tasks and creating transparent financial interactions.
Andrew Schmidt, Vice President of Trax, stated, "The fact that this new facility is being built from the ground up with a completely paperless operation is a significant milestone for Trax, SIAEC, and the industry as a whole."

Jeremy Yew, Senior Vice President of Base Maintenance at SIAEC, added, "Trax's suite of cloud-based products will advance BMM's seamless and efficient planning, control, and execution processes. Once BMM commences operations, this modern digital MRO facility will underpin our commitment to high quality, safety, and operational reliability for our global customers."
