BaroGo Achieves Three Consecutive Months of Profitability, Surpassing 350 Billion Won in Cumulative Revenue

Seoul, South Korea – BaroGo, a leading South Korean on-demand delivery service, announced today that it has achieved three consecutive months of profitability and surpassed 350 billion won in cumulative revenue this year.

The company reported a revenue of approximately 32 billion won (consolidated) in October, with an operating profit of around 3.5 billion won, marking an 800 million won increase from September. This remarkable turnaround comes after the company consistently recorded monthly losses of over 1 billion won in the previous year.

BaroGo attributed its success to a highly effective operational strategy centered around B2B partnerships. By focusing on enterprise-level clients and expanding its customer base to include non-food delivery services, the company has secured a stable flow of orders. Additionally, the company's efforts to reduce fixed costs have contributed significantly to its improved financial performance.

Through strategic collaborations with major franchises, BaeroGo has been able to secure a steady stream of delivery orders. The company has also diversified its revenue streams by expanding into non-food delivery services.

BaroGo emphasized that its stable profitability has been instrumental in maintaining a positive financial outlook. The combination of strong operational performance and seasonal factors has increased the likelihood of achieving profitability in the fourth quarter.

Tae-kwon Lee, CEO of BaroGo, stated, "Our goal is to create a sustainable symbiotic ecosystem within our platform. In 2025, we plan to expand our logistics network to reduce delivery costs for merchants and provide riders with a greater volume of high-quality orders."

Lee added, "We will continue to lead the way in creating a better delivery culture through ongoing innovation."
