Jeonnam-Gwangju Camping Tourism Expo Opens on the 9th for a Three-Day Run
Over 100 Camping and Leisure Companies to Showcase Equipment

An event offering autumn campers a chance to enjoy camping while exploring the latest gear and leisure content all in one place is set to take place at the Haenam Oceano Tourist District.

The Jeonnam-Gwangju Camping Tourism Expo will be held from October 9 to 11 at the Haenam Oceano Tourist District.

Approximately 100 camping and leisure companies will participate in this year's expo, exhibiting a diverse range of camping equipment and offering hands-on interactive programs for visitors.

Alongside the expo, a large-scale camping festival for camping clubs nationwide is also scheduled. With around 780 teams and 4,000 participants expected from across the country, the Oceano Tourist District is set to transform into a massive camping hub.

A key highlight of the event is that visitors can go beyond simply browsing equipment and actually experience camping firsthand, fully embracing an autumn getaway.

Notably, the "Oceano Music Festa" will be held on the evening of the 9th, allowing attendees to enjoy camping accompanied by live music.

As the Haenam Oceano Tourist District offers close-up views of the sea, it is gaining traction as a premier destination combining camping with marine tourism. This event is designed to give visitors drawn to Oceano for camping an opportunity to experience the region's rich local tourism resources as well.

If you are planning a weekend camping trip, heading to Haenam Oceano—where you can enjoy camping gear, interactive experiences, and music performances all at once—could be the ideal way to spend your autumn travel.
