To help local businesses utilize policy finance, Chungbuk Province will host the "Chungbuk SME and Mid-Sized Enterprise Policy Finance Information Session" on November 3 at the Great Conference Hall of the Provincial Office.
This information session is jointly organized by the province and policy financial institutions to allow companies to review various policy financial systems in one place and more easily utilize financial support systems tailored to their growth stages and capital demands.
The briefing session will feature participation from the Korea Development Bank (KDB), the Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM), the Technology Guarantee Fund (KOTEC), and investment institutions. They will introduce major policy finance and investment support systems by institution and conduct a Q&A session to address corporate inquiries.
First, the Korea Development Bank will guide participants on the eligibility criteria, application procedures, and utilization methods of the National Growth Fund, while also introducing policy finance systems for small, medium, and mid-sized enterprises.
The Export-Import Bank of Korea will present financial support systems for exporting and overseas-expanding companies, the Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) will introduce SME policy fund support and corporate assistance programs, and the Technology Guarantee Fund will guide participants through guarantee and investment systems tailored for technology-based companies.
In addition, investment institutions will introduce venture investments and equity investment support plans utilizing the National Growth Fund, providing a wide range of financial information that companies can leverage throughout their investment and growth processes.
Lee Bok-won, Vice Governor for Economic Affairs of Chungbuk Province, stated, "We will provide essential policy finance support information in one place and actively support its translation into practical financial utilization. Moving forward, we will listen closely to the voices of the business field and implement proactive administration by preemptively discovering and connecting necessary support."
