CHEONAN — The Cheonan Welfare Foundation announced on the 29th that GBStyle, a prominent apparel company, has donated 3,000 pieces of undergarments valued at approximately 64 million KRW ($47,000) to support vulnerable and low-income populations in the local community.

Operating under the corporate philosophy of "Delighting children, making families happy, and benefiting society," GBStyle specializes in manufacturing and selling underwear, innerwear, and sleepwear, consistently sharing its corporate growth with society.

Since its founding, the company has actively provided in-kind donations nationwide. This year alone, GBStyle has donated approximately 1 billion KRW ($740,000) worth of goods to 17 organizations, including the Cheonan Welfare Foundation, steadily practicing social contribution by leveraging its corporate resources.

"Guided by our founding spirit to craft garments infused with soul, we have dedicated ourselves to making high-quality products," said Park Yong-joo, Chairman of GBStyle. "Giving back the love we receive from our customers to society is an essential role of a corporation. Partnering with the Foundation is always a rewarding and joyful experience, and we will continue our commitment to sharing."

Lee Nam-dong, Executive Director of the Cheonan Welfare Foundation, stated, "We will work closely with companies like GBStyle to ensure that corporate social contributions go beyond one-time donations, translating into practical, on-the-ground support to effectively address diverse local welfare needs."

Cheonan Mayor Jang Ki-soo expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you for delivering such high-quality products to our neighbors in need. We will strive to ensure that this corporate social contribution inspires even more businesses to participate in giving back."
