Applications accepted via email and in-person from November 6 to 6 PM on November 20, 2026
Targeting 6 exhibition halls and a performance venue, with rental periods running from February 19 to July 29, 2027

The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Culture and Tourism Foundation (CEO Baek Ok-sun, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) announced that it will accept applications for the "First Half of 2027 Regular Venue Rental of the Jeonbuk Arts Center" from November 6 to 20, aiming to expand opportunities for artists and arts organizations to present their works and broaden cultural enjoyment for provincial residents.

The rental targets include six exhibition halls and a performance hall at the Jeonbuk Arts Center, with the rental period spanning from February 19 to July 29, 2027. The exhibition spaces consist of Giseurak 1, Giseurak 2, Chaoreum 1, Mirinae, Chaoreum 2, and Sanmaru. Applications for the performance hall can be submitted for dates excluding Sundays and Mondays.

Both individuals and organizations are eligible to apply. Application documents can be submitted via email (dmdel1106@jbct.or.kr) or in person at the Arts Center Operation Team office on the 3rd floor of the Jeonbuk Arts Center. Submissions are processed on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays, and applicants visiting in person must contact the person in charge by phone in advance.

Required documents include a venue use application form, an exhibition or performance plan, a consent form for the collection and use of personal information, venue management compliance obligations, and a portfolio. Applicants for the performance hall must additionally submit a facility equipment use application form, while organizational applicants must submit related documents such as a registration certificate (corporate/tax unique number certificate), articles of association, and a member list.

After reviewing the submitted applications, the Foundation plans to select candidates through evaluation by a Venue Rental Selection Committee. The results of the selection will be posted on the Foundation's website and individually notified on December 4.

CEO Baek Ok-sun stated, "I hope that the regular venue rentals at the Jeonbuk Arts Center will expand opportunities for artists and arts organizations to showcase their work and serve as an opportunity for residents to encounter diverse culture and arts," adding, "We will continue our efforts to support the creative activities of local artists and the cultural enjoyment of our residents."

For further details, inquiries can be made to the Foundation's Arts Center Operation Team (063-230-7493).
