[GLOBAL ECONOMIC TIMES]  Dubai Tourism announced on the 22nd that it will run the ‘Dubai Fitness Challenge’ campaign to encourage exercise for 30 minutes a day for 30 days for about a month from the 26th to the 24th of next month.

During the campaign period, various programs and activities will be held throughout Dubai city in which citizens and tourists of all ages and fitness levels can participate.

This year's campaign will create fitness villages in three locations, including 'DP World Kite Beach', where you can enjoy a variety of classes and activities against the backdrop of Dubai's most popular beach.

In addition, 'RTA Al Warga Park' provides activities for both disabled and non-disabled people, including spaces dedicated to children and women, a rotating track for cycling enthusiasts, several running clubs for runners, and a main stage for talks and events. 'Jabil Park', which was created, was newly added.

Major events include the 'Dubai Stand Up Paddle' (November 2) with the Hatta Dam in the background, the 'Dubai Ride' (November 10), a cycle ride between the city's iconic buildings, and a ride through the center of Dubai. ‘Dubai Run’ etc. Participation is free for all, but pre-registration is required on a first-come, first-served basis.

An official from Dubai Tourism said, “Participation methods and schedules for the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2024 can be found on the official website. We hope that everyone will enjoy a healthy lifestyle in Dubai and enjoy a fitness festival that everyone can participate in.”
