October 23–24 at Sejong Arts Center… Joint Exhibitions, Collaborative Performances, and More

The "2026 Sejong Arts Festival," designed to share the creative achievements of local artists with citizens, will be held from October 23 to 24 at the Sejong Arts Center, organized by the Federation of Artistic and Cultural Organizations of Sejong (Sejong Yeochong).

Held under the theme "Sejong, Hangeul Soaring into the World," this year's festival is prepared as a cultural and arts venue where citizens can experience and share the creative outcomes of local artists.

At the 2nd-floor lobby of the Sejong Arts Center, a joint exhibition featuring the Fine Arts Association, Writers Association, and Photographic Artists Association will take place for two days starting October 23, open free of charge for any citizen to view.

In addition, a vibrant collaborative performance featuring the Dance Association, Korean Traditional Music Association, Music Association, and Entertainment Artists Association will be held at 5:00 PM on October 24 on the main stage of the Sejong Arts Center.

Alongside these events, hands-on experience programs such as music box making and keychain making will be operated, offering citizens the opportunity to directly experience art and feel the joy of creation.

Lee Kwang-soo, President of the Sejong Yeochong, remarked, "This arts festival is a venue of fruitful results containing the passion and efforts of Sejong City's artists," adding, "We hope citizens will come together to enjoy the art and send generous encouragement to the artists."

Meanwhile, the "2026 Sejong Arts Festival" is hosted by the Sejong Metropolitan City Federation of Artistic and Cultural Organizations (Chairman Lee Kwang-soo) following its selection for the "Sejong Arts Festival Support" local subsidy project, which supports regional representative performing arts festivals.
