[GLOBAL ECONOMIC TIMES]  Woomi Construction Consortium will supply 'New Cloud Hills' to be built in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul this month.

According to Woomi Construction on the 28th, Newv Cloud Hills is a business facility and neighborhood living facility with a total floor area of 99,651㎡ and 4 underground floors to 11 above-ground floors located in 779-1 Magok-dong (Magok Industrial Facility Area Block D13).

There are a total of 272 office facilities, of which 156 are for sale and 116 are for lease. There are also plans to provide subdivided work spaces, conference rooms, seminar rooms, and shared offices so that companies of various sizes can move in. It is supplied in the largest scale in the Magok district and is expected to have a landmark effect.

The Magok business district, where Newv Cloud Hills is supplied, is different from the existing business districts of Seoul City, such as CBD (Central Business District), YBD (Yeouido Business District), and GBD (Gangnam Business District), with residential, business, cultural facilities, natural environment, conventions, etc. It is evaluated as the 4th business district that coexists.

In particular, it has the largest green area among major business districts located in a forest of urban buildings, so it is also advantageous that business and the natural environment coexist. In fact, the Seoul Botanical Garden and Wetland Ecological Park, which are about twice the size of Yeouido Park, are located here, providing an environment where you can enjoy work and rest at the same time.

In addition, Newb Cloud Hills is expected to facilitate easy connection between companies within the Magok district. According to the sales status of Magok Industrial Complex, as of 2022, major global companies such as LG, Kolon, Lotte, E-Land, Nexen Tire, and S-OIL have already completed their move-in.

Transportation conditions optimized for the work environment are also excellent, so the actual business conditions are expected to be even better.

Newv Cloud Hills is close to Yangcheonhyanggyo Station on Subway Line 9 and Magongnaru Station, a transfer station for Line 9 and the Airport Railroad, and is also easily accessible from Balsan Station on Subway Line 5. When using Line 9, it is easy to travel from Yeouido to Jamsil, and when using the Airport Railroad, you can go to Gongdeok, Yeouido, and Seoul Station in one go. It is easy to use Olympic-daero and Airport-daero by car, and has excellent accessibility to Gimpo International Airport and Incheon International Airport, allowing for free domestic and international business trips and business trips.

Above all, as the expected occupancy date is as early as May 2025, it is expected to receive a lot of attention from corporate buyers considering purchasing an office building. The public relations center is located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
