MetaNet Group, a leading IT solutions provider, announced today the acquisition of Eminet, a Singapore-based IT company specializing in infrastructure and network solutions.

Eminet has a strong presence in Southeast Asia, serving a diverse clientele including global hotel chains, boutique hotels, and large resorts. With its deep understanding of the region's tourism industry, Eminet has established a solid foothold in a key sector of the ASEAN economy.

MetaNet aims to leverage this acquisition to strengthen its strategic position in key ASEAN markets and open up new growth opportunities. The group's multi-cloud and hybrid cloud business unit, MetaNet Platform, will integrate Eminet into its operations. By combining MetaNet Platform's extensive capabilities in cloud, security, applications, and AI with Eminet's local expertise, the group aims to create significant synergies and drive business expansion in the ASEAN region.

MetaNet has been actively pursuing international expansion, recently establishing subsidiaries in the United States and Singapore. The company plans to accelerate its growth as a global IT player through further acquisitions and investments. By leveraging its proven expertise and strong reputation in local markets, MetaNet aims to enhance its global competitiveness and deliver tangible results.

"We are excited to welcome Eminet into the MetaNet Group," said Ahn Hyun-duk, CEO of MetaNet Platform. "With Eminet's successful track record in key ASEAN markets, we are well-positioned to become the leading digital business platform company in the Asia Pacific region. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our journey."

Low Chee Seng, CEO of Eminet, expressed his enthusiasm for joining MetaNet, stating, "We are confident that by leveraging MetaNet's technological capabilities and management expertise, we will be able to seize new growth opportunities. By expanding our customer base and solution offerings, we aim to deliver differentiated IT services to our customers and strengthen our influence in the Asia Pacific region."
