Popular 5-tier storage units for kitchens and living rooms are available for ₩80,000 to ₩100,000. The ability to directly see, compare, and select from 17 types of home appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines, and 21 types of used furniture like dining tables and wardrobes, is a distinguishing advantage not easily experienced on online platforms.
Differentiated Services from Online Platforms: Adding Convenience and Trust
The Songpa Re-use Center doesn't just offer low prices. It provides convenience and trust to users through differentiated services compared to online second-hand trading platforms. Center staff directly visit homes to collect appliances and furniture that have resale value, and a delivery service is available for an additional fee if needed. Especially for large appliances, thorough inspections for defects are conducted before sale, and free service is provided for up to three months. If the cost of repair parts exceeds the purchase price, exchanges are also possible, helping consumers purchase used products with peace of mind.
