Holding the 2026 Artists' Roundtable

The Sejong City Foundation for Arts and Tourism (CEO Park Young-kook) is holding the "2026 Artists' Roundtable" to listen to artists' opinions regarding arts support programs.

Since 2018, the Foundation has held annual artists' roundtable meetings to listen to on-site opinions on the operation of arts support programs and discuss tasks for improvement. This year, opinions will be gathered focusing on major pending issues that artists can truly experience, such as the reorganization of support programs and the improvement of the review system.

The roundtable will be held a total of three times: on Monday, October 26 at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 27 at 7:00 PM, and Thursday, November 5 at 4:00 PM. By offering diverse operating times, the Foundation has ensured that artists can participate according to their personal schedules. Not only artists, but any citizens interested in arts support programs are welcome to participate.

Discussions will cover the reorganization of support programs and review systems, the operation of monitoring, and suggestions. The submitted opinions will be reflected step-by-step in the 2027 arts support programs, taking into consideration factors such as budget and feasibility.

Applications for attendance and the submission of opinions can be made through the Sejong City Foundation for Arts and Tourism website (www.sjcf.or.kr) until Thursday, October 22. On-site participation will also be available after the application deadline. For more detailed information, please check the Foundation's website or contact the Arts Support Team (☎ 044-850-0534).
