From Farm to Table: A Commitment to Clean, Korean Ingredients

Cherry Garden, a popular dining establishment in Dongdaemun, is making a bold commitment to using only the freshest, cleanest Korean ingredients. The restaurant has partnered with Dr. Yoon Ki-cheol, a retired military officer turned organic farmer, to source all of its gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder) from his pristine farm.

Dr. Yoon, a former air force general, has dedicated himself to sustainable agriculture, growing a variety of crops, including corn and vegetables, using organic methods. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in his fields. Cherry Garden owner [Your Name] was deeply impressed by Dr. Yoon's farming practices and believes that using his gochugaru will elevate the restaurant's cuisine.

"I have always admired military officers for their dedication to duty and their country," says [Your Name]. "Dr. Yoon's commitment to producing clean, healthy food is a perfect reflection of these values. By using his gochugaru, we hope to not only provide our customers with a superior dining experience but also to promote Korean agriculture and culture."

The decision to use only Korean ingredients is also driven by a desire to address concerns about the quality of imported food products, particularly from China. In recent years, there has been a growing awareness of food safety issues in China, leading to a decline in consumer confidence in Chinese-made products. By using locally sourced ingredients, Cherry Garden aims to reassure customers that their food is safe, healthy, and authentic.

By partnering with Dr. Yoon and committing to using only the finest Korean ingredients, Cherry Garden is setting a new standard for dining in Seoul. The restaurant hopes that its efforts will inspire other businesses to support local farmers and promote the consumption of high-quality Korean food.
