The Reason I Insist on Expensive "Halal Meat"

I use meat that doesn't leave much profit considering the original cost. I purchase expensive Halal meat and cook exclusively with it. Specifically, I use the Halal meat preferred by Muslims; it is processed by draining the blood after slaughter to remove residual viruses and other harmful components.

It is significantly more hygienic and expensive than regular meat. Moreover, the certification process is demanding and strict. Abroad, many wealthy individuals purchase Halal meat regardless of their religious beliefs. In high-end restaurants, there is a strong preference for Halal meat, even if it comes at a higher price point.
