The municipality is prioritizing public safety by suspending afternoon and evening classes, canceling mass gatherings and sporting events, and advising businesses and residents to take necessary precautions.

The severe weather alert follows a devastating storm in Bahía Blanca, where heavy rainfall caused widespread flooding and required the evacuation of numerous families. The National Ministry of Security has mobilized resources to assist with the emergency response in Bahía Blanca.
