- The 'Colors of Korea Recorded by Danim' Photo Exhibition Held at HiKR Ground in Jung-gu, Seoul (Oct. 22–31)

The Korea Tourism Organization (President Park Sung-hyuk, hereinafter referred to as the "KTO") is holding a special photo exhibition from the 22nd to the 31st of this month on the 5th floor of HiKR Ground in Jung-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the launch of "Danim", the travel expert creator team of the domestic travel integrated platform "Korea Every Corner".

"Danim": A domestic travel expert journalist team operated by the KTO that plans and produces attractive travel content from all across the country.
Held under the theme "Colors of Korea Recorded by Danim," this photo exhibition showcases around 120 domestic travel photos captured through the unique perspectives of former "Danim" journalists over the past 10 years. Under the theme of "The Colors of Korea," it delivers the diverse landscapes of various regions across the country and the unique charm inherent in domestic travel.

Over the past 10 years, a total of 97 travel content creators have grown, utilizing the "Danim" journalist team as a stepping stone. A significant number of them currently run personal travel channels and are actively working as influential creators. This exhibition also introduces the vivid experiences and growth stories of past journalists who grew into professional content creators through their "Danim" activities.

Lee Ju-young, a creator who served as a 4th-generation "Danim" member, shared that through the journalist team experience, she developed the capability to newly interpret and deliver travel destinations. Kim Deok-shik, who actively served as part of the 7th through 9th generations of "Danim," also expressed his aspiration to continue producing content that conveys regional stories and the value of travel, based on his experience in discovering hidden gems across the country.

Lee Sun-woo, Head of the Domestic Digital Marketing Team at the KTO, stated, "Over the past 10 years, 'Danim' has greatly contributed to revitalizing regional tourism by discovering and publicizing hidden attractions in every corner of South Korea," adding, "We hope that this photo exhibition, held to celebrate the 10th anniversary, will serve as a meaningful occasion to look back on past achievements and rediscover the new charms of domestic travel."

Meanwhile, the "Danim" journalist team recruits members every year from early February to March. Anyone interested in domestic travel who operates personal channels such as blogs or Instagram can apply. Selected journalists will take the frontline in promoting domestic tourist attractions by participating in various activities for about 8 months, including monthly travel content planning and production, on-site coverage related to major KTO projects, and regional fam tours.

Detailed information regarding the photo exhibition can be found on the official "Korea Every Corner" website and official Instagram account.
