Hillstate Geoje Signature Leads Win-Win Coexistence with Local Community through Continuous Support

The role of residential complexes is expanding beyond simple housing supply to growing alongside local communities. Corporate social responsibility initiatives that help residents recover their daily lives and support the growth of future generations have become vital factors in building sustainable relationships with local regions.

Amidst this trend, "Hillstate Geoje Signature" has actively engaged in community-driven coexistence by extending a series of relief funds and development contributions to address heavy rainfall damage, restore school facilities, and support students in Geoje.

Recently, representatives of Hillstate Geoje Signature visited the Geoje Office of Education to deliver a school development fund totaling 10 million KRW. The fund was distributed among local institutions, including Okpo Seongji Middle School, Geoje Jungang Middle School, and Geoje Okpo High School. The portion allocated to Okpo Seongji Middle School is designated for the restoration of school facilities severely damaged by recent torrential rains, while the funds sent to Geoje Jungang Middle School and Geoje Okpo High School will serve as scholarships to ensure students can continue their studies without financial disruption.

This follows an earlier contribution in August, where Hillstate Geoje Signature donated 100 million KRW in flood relief funds to the Gyeongnam branch of the Korean Red Cross via the Geoje City Hall. Combined with the recent educational fund, the project has injected a total of 1.1 billion KRW (Note: context refers to 110 million KRW total support) into local stabilization and recovery efforts following heavy downpours that caused widespread flooding and soil erosion across residential and educational zones.

A representative for Hillstate Geoje Signature stated that the company hopes residents and schools affected by the heavy rains can recover their normal routines swiftly, adding that the complex remains committed to growing as an integral member of the Geoje community through diverse social contribution activities.

These efforts to boost local educational development closely align with the complex's internal education-specialized planning. Okpo Elementary School is scheduled to relocate right in front of the complex, and Okpo Seongji Middle School remains within comfortable walking distance. Furthermore, partnerships with Atherton International School and MegaStudyEdu will bring tailored educational programs directly to the children of residents, establishing a premium academic environment.

Situated in Okpo-dong, Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Hillstate Geoje Signature spans from 7 basement floors up to 36 above-ground floors across multiple buildings, comprising a massive total of 1,963 households. The complex features exclusive areas ranging from dedicated 84㎡ to 132㎡ units, alongside exclusive penthouse units sized 138㎡ to 165㎡.

Reflecting its landmark status as a massive residential project, the complex will offer an array of luxurious community amenities. Planned facilities include a multipurpose gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, an indoor golf practice range, a fitness center, and a private media room, allowing residents to enjoy a high-end lifestyle encompassing fitness, leisure, and culture within the confines of the neighborhood.

The model house for Hillstate Geoje Signature is set to open in Okpo-dong, Geoje-si, in October.
