Daejeon, South Korea – In a move to strengthen community engagement, Daejeon Dong-gu District is inviting residents to participate in its annual "On the Block, Knock Knock Tour." This year’s event will offer residents a unique opportunity to interact directly with District Head Park Hee-jo and share their thoughts on the future of the district.

The 16-session tour, scheduled for January 13th to 23rd, 2025, will see District Head Park visiting various neighborhoods within Dong-gu. The interactive format, featuring talk show-style discussions, will allow residents to voice their concerns, ask questions, and provide suggestions for improving the district.

"We believe that our residents are the heart of our community," said District Head Park. "By providing this platform for open dialogue, we hope to foster a stronger sense of community and build a better Dong-gu together."

To ensure that residents' voices are heard, the district is encouraging participation through various channels. Residents can submit their questions and suggestions in advance by visiting their local administrative welfare center or by scanning the QR code on promotional materials.
