Daejeon, South Korea – Daejeon City is offering a variety of programs at the Pyeongsong Youth Culture Center and the Daejeon Youth WeCan Center to help youth spend their winter vacation meaningfully.
The Pyeongsong Youth Culture Center provides a recreational space called "Playground" every weekend, offering various activities such as karaoke, video games, and air hockey. Additionally, the center offers lifelong learning programs for youth, including K-pop dance, pottery, abacus, violin classes, and swimming lessons.
The Daejeon Youth WeCan Center has prepared 15 special programs for elementary school students from January to February, covering a wide range of fields such as career creativity, arts, science, and physical education.
Furthermore, to help youth explore their career paths through hands-on experiences, the center operates eight career experience zones, including those for architects, broadcasters, military personnel, and character designers. An indoor climbing facility is also available for beginners to enjoy.
Please note that the Pyeongsong Youth Culture Center is closed every Monday, and the Daejeon Youth WeCan Center is closed every Sunday.
