POSCO International's Website Wins Top Honors at iNova Awards

SEOUL – POSCO International's newly revamped website has garnered international recognition, winning the prestigious Grand Award in the Corporate Websites: Conglomerate category at the 2024 iNova Awards. The competition, hosted by U.S.-based MerComm, a leading awards organization specializing in communications, saw approximately 120 entrants from eight countries vying for top honors. POSCO International was one of only five organizations to receive a Grand Award.

The company's website, which underwent a significant overhaul last October, impressed judges with its innovative design and user-friendly interface. The site features the company's new catchphrase, "We Find Answers Planet-Wide," and carries the overarching theme "Planet-Wide Answer for a Better World." A particularly noteworthy design element is the depiction of a sunrise from Earth's perspective, which unfolds as users scroll down the page.

Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the website prioritizes user experience. Streamlined navigation allows visitors to easily access crucial business and financial information. A dedicated chatbot, "PO-BOT," provides real-time data, particularly beneficial for investors.

"We are honored to receive awards in both video and website categories for two consecutive years," said a representative from POSCO International. "This recognition underscores our commitment to effective communication with stakeholders. We will continue to explore various channels to enhance our brand awareness and engage with our audience."

This latest win follows POSCO International's success at the 2023 Mercury Excellence Awards, also hosted by MerComm, where the company received an Honors Award in the Video – Corporate Identity category for its commercial, "With Nature Make Future." The Mercury Excellence Awards are considered one of the world's top public relations competitions, further solidifying POSCO International's reputation for excellence in communication.
