Approximately 500 tourists and citizens in attendance, serving as a platform to promote K-Beauty and Busan tourism.

The City of Busan and the Busan Tourism Organization (President Lee Jeong-sil, hereinafter referred to as the "BTO") announced on the 21st that they will host a fan meet-up titled "BU-TIP FULL: Filled with Beauty Tips in Busan" on October 24 (Saturday) at the Cultural Hall of Lotte Department Store Gwangbok Branch in Busan. The event is part of the "2026 World Creator Festival," allowing famous creators, tourists, and citizens to communicate and experience Busan's K-Beauty first-hand.
Now in its fourth year, the "World Creator Festival" is a representative promotional marketing project of Busan that aims to globalize the charms of Busan tourism through collaborations with prominent domestic and international creators.
The fan meet-up consists of three sessions covering hair, makeup, and fashion. Top creators with strong influence in each field will participate as speakers, providing live demonstrations and creating an active communication platform with citizens.
The first session kicks off with hair creator "Aralla," who boasts approximately 530,000 subscribers. Under the theme of correcting facial flaws and preventing heat damage styling, she plans to share customized hair styling methods that maximize individual charm, along with practical, everyday tips.
In the second session, makeup artist "Son Ju-hee," runner-up of a beauty survival program and holder of approximately 68,000 followers, will take the stage. Drawing on a total of 30 years of practical experience—including 19 years serving as a general head director managing actors and celebrities—she will reveal her unique makeup know-how.
The final session will be adorned by fashion creator "Alice Funk," who has around 800,000 subscribers. In this session, she will comprehensively unveil sensory styling and item-utilization methods reflecting the autumn and winter season trends.
Meanwhile, a total of 500 tourists and citizens are expected to participate in the event, comprising approximately 400 pre-registered applicants and 100 on-site first-come, first-served attendees. Detailed information regarding the event can be found through the Busan tourism portal "Visit Busan," as well as the official website and social media channels of the World Creator Festival.
A BTO official stated, "This event will serve as a platform to promote the charm of K-Beauty to the world and establish it as a tourism content that allows people to thoroughly enjoy Busan," adding, "Moving forward, the City of Busan and the BTO will actively contribute to promoting Busan’s differentiated sights, attractions, and foods through collaborations with global creators, thereby attracting domestic and international tourists."
