FORCS, the leading provider of electronic document and contract solutions, announced today that it will unveil the "AI Assistant" feature for its cloud-based electronic contract service, eformsign, at the World IT Show 2026 (WIS 2026). The event will be held at COEX in Seoul from April 22 to 24.
Stationed at the very first booth in Hall C, FORCS aims to demonstrate its technological gap by integrating advanced AI into its flagship platform, solidifying its position as the top player in the electronic document market.
Solving the Biggest Pain Point: Automated Formatting
The newly introduced "AI Assistant" directly addresses the most significant hurdle in adopting electronic documents: the tedious process of manual formatting. Previously, administrators had to manually designate the types and locations of every input field—such as names, dates, and signature boxes—within Word or PDF files.
The eformsign AI Assistant automates this entire process, reducing the time required to create an electronic form to less than one-tenth of the original duration.
The feature is divided into two tiers:
Basic Analysis: AI automatically identifies and places fields for text, dates, checkboxes, and signatures.
Advanced Analysis: In addition to basic placement, AI configures the entire workflow, including participant permissions and document processing sequences.
This level of AI automation is a first for both domestic and international electronic contract services, marking a significant milestone in software-as-a-service (SaaS) evolution.
An Interactive Experience at WIS 2026
To allow visitors to experience these innovations firsthand, FORCS has transformed its booth into an open experiential space. The booth features:
The Event Zone: Utilizing large-scale QR codes to demonstrate electronic document accessibility.
The Form Zone: Where attendees can use AI to create complex forms used in public and private sectors.
Professional Consultation: Expert advice for enterprises and institutions considering digital transformation.
Global Expansion and Technological Leadership
The technological prowess of the AI Assistant is backed by FORCS’ extensive patent portfolio, which includes over 20 domestic and international patents related to AI and electronic documents.
"WIS 2026 is a significant platform for us to demonstrate the potential of the eformsign AI Assistant to a wide audience," a FORCS representative stated. "We invite everyone to witness how our 30 years of expertise in electronic documents, combined with proprietary AI technology, is redefining the competitive landscape."
Following the event, FORCS plans to further refine its AI capabilities and accelerate its entry into overseas markets, including Japan, Vietnam, and Europe.
