Chogye Guksu: A Refreshing Korean Noodle Dish

Origins Hailing from the Hamgyeong and Pyeongan provinces of Korea, chogye guksu traces its origins to the traditional dish, chogye-tang. The name "chogye" is derived from the combination of "cho," meaning vinegar, and "gye," the Pyeongan dialect word for mustard, which are key ingredients in the dish.
