Asuncion, Paraguay – A significant step towards Paraguay's digital future was marked by a congressional delegation's visit to the construction site of the forthcoming Taiwan-Paraguay University of Technology (UTP). Led by Senator Patrick Kemper, Chairman of the Senate's Commission on Science, Technology, Innovation, and Future, the delegation, accompanied by Minister of Information and Communication Technologies (MITIC) Gustavo Villate, assessed the progress of the UTP project.
