16 types of everyday expressions and actions featuring 'Bukangi', created directly by city officials to thank citizens for their enthusiastic support.

Available for free starting October 26 at 14:00 (KST) on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 50,000 users who add the official Busan City KakaoTalk channel.
Expanding friendly communication with citizens through diverse character content, ranging from emojis and digital goods to artificial intelligence (AI) videos.

Busan City (Mayor Jeon Jae-soo) announced that it will distribute 16 types of KakaoTalk emojis titled "Shafluencer Bukangi is in Busan!" free of charge to the first 50,000 people starting tomorrow (the 26th) at 2:00 PM, allowing citizens to enjoy the city’s beloved honorary ambassador, "Bukangi," in their daily lives.

This emoji distribution is designed to reciprocate the citizens' ardent love for "Bukangi" and to revitalize the official Busan City KakaoTalk channel, thereby delivering useful municipal news to citizens more swiftly and approachable.

Created directly by Busan City public officials, the animated emoji set consists of 16 different styles. They vividly capture common expressions and witty actions frequently used in everyday conversations, adding an extra layer of fun.

The emojis will be provided for free to users who newly add the official Busan City KakaoTalk channel starting at 2:00 PM on October 26, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once downloaded, they can be used for 30 days.

In addition, the city is providing download services through the official city website (www.busan.go.kr/goods) so that the emoji images can be utilized in various ways.

Anyone can download the newly created emoji images for free from the "Digital Goods" menu on the city's website without any expiration limits. Users can set them as smartphone or computer wallpapers or print them out directly as stickers for versatile use.

Furthermore, "Bukangi" has been actively serving as an honorary ambassador both online and offline, enhancing policy promotions and the city's image. The city plans to continuously expand fun and relatable content featuring "Bukangi" to strengthen communication with citizens.

Meanwhile, the city is sequentially releasing four episodes of an artificial intelligence (AI) video series titled "Where is Bukangi?!," based on the concept of "Bukangi executing bucket list items suggested by citizens in charming Busan." The first episode, released last week, received an enthusiastic response as "Bukangi" visited major tourist attractions in Busan recommended by citizens.

Oh Mi-kyung, Spokesperson for Busan City, stated, "To repay the deep interest and love sent by our citizens, we have prepared the 'Bukangi' emojis so they can accompany everyone in daily conversations. Moving forward, we will continue to bring joy to citizens and communicate useful municipal news more closely through a variety of content featuring 'Bukangi'."
