12 Incheon Startups Win 13 CES Innovation Awards

Incheon, South Korea – Twelve startups from Incheon, South Korea, have been awarded a total of 13 CES Innovation Awards, as announced by the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority on November 17th. The awards recognize the most innovative products at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025.   

The Consumer Technology Association (CTA), which organizes CES, annually presents the CES Innovation Awards to honor outstanding products across various categories. This year, the 12 Incheon-based startups have been recognized in eight categories, including artificial intelligence, digital health, and smart cities. Notably, Viva Innovation has received awards in both the AI and Human Safety categories for its AI-powered polyp detection solution.   

Innovative Technologies Recognized

Some of the standout technologies from the winning startups include:

Emcity: Mobile management service, VidiApp   

Versys: AI-based user interaction music listening solution   

Zibrain: Implantable wireless electronic medical devices   

Nubilab: AI-based nutritional analysis solution for infants and children   

Quringenos: AI tennis partner robot   

Ilman Baekman: AI-based video production without cameras   

Iliyas AI: Olfactory AI-based detection of prohibited items in luggage   

The Next AI: Smart digital twin automation services for tourism and logistics   

Tesolo: Robotic hand gripper   

iPinLabs: Real-time location monitoring solution using deep learning-based indoor and outdoor positioning technology   

Supporting Incheon's Startup Ecosystem

These startups have benefited from various support programs offered by the Incheon Startup Park, including global market entry assistance and CES Innovation Award consulting. The support has played a crucial role in enabling these companies to showcase their innovative technologies on a global stage.

Showcasing Incheon at CES 2025

The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority will be participating in CES 2025, which will be held in Las Vegas from January 7th to 10th. Under the theme "Urban Renaissance: Building Tomorrow's Smart Cities Today," the authority will showcase the innovative technologies developed by Incheon-based startups and highlight the city's potential as a hub for technology and innovation.
