Singapore – Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services, has significantly strengthened its presence in the Asia-Pacific region by incorporating its Singapore facility into the Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ) authorized service center network. This certification enables the Singapore facility to provide a wide range of services for ACJ 318, 319, 320, and 321 series aircraft, including maintenance, modifications, warranty work, interior refurbishments, and software upgrades.
The Singapore facility is Jet Aviation's third ACJ service center, joining existing centers in Basel and Dubai, and holds the distinction of being the only authorized center in the Asia-Pacific region. This move solidifies Singapore's position as a crucial business aviation maintenance hub in the region and allows Jet Aviation to deliver enhanced services to its growing customer base.
Operating in Singapore since 1995, Jet Aviation's facility is a sprawling maintenance hub with six hangars spanning 15,000 square meters. It offers a comprehensive suite of services, including heavy maintenance, modifications, aftermarket services, pre-purchase inspections, and AOG support. The facility's commitment to excellence is underscored by its EASA Part 145 approval and certifications from eight countries, demonstrating its high level of technical expertise and safety standards.
"The addition of our Singapore facility to the ACJ network is a testament to our ongoing commitment to providing our customers with convenient and specialized services," said David Best, Senior Vice President of Jet Aviation.
Shadi Saadeh, President of Airbus Corporate Jets, echoed this sentiment, stating, "We are delighted to expand our partnership with Jet Aviation and bring the same high-quality service available in Basel and Dubai to our customers in Asia."
This certification comes at a time of significant growth in the Asia-Pacific business aviation market and positions Jet Aviation to play an increasingly important role in the region.
