To mitigate simultaneous access, purchase times are segmented by birth year:Odd-numbered years: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Even-numbered years: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
After 7:00 PM: Anyone can purchase any remaining amount.
The issuance amount is divided into 37.25 billion KRW each for the morning and afternoon, totaling 74.5 billion KRW.

Refund Policy:

Cash purchases: Refunds are available for the remaining balance after using 60% or more.
Credit card purchases: Refunds are not available.
