El Elegido, a high-end restaurant located at the intersection of Denis Roa and Austria Streets in the central business district of Asunción, Paraguay, is marking a successful year and a half with innovative changes. Renowned for its sophisticated cuisine, unique cocktails, and delicate desserts, El Elegido aims to further enhance the customer experience by introducing a new menu.

The core of El Elegido's latest transformation lies not only in the menu overhaul but also in the introduction of a new concept: 'El Elegido All Day.' This initiative is designed to cater to the diverse needs of customers by allowing them to enjoy lunch, brunch, and dinner without time constraints.

In line with the new concept, El Elegido has specially curated bistro and café menus, providing an ideal option for customers who wish to hold meetings or spend leisurely time in a comfortable atmosphere. Notably, during El Elegido All Day's café hours, gluten-free, ketogenic, and healthy options will be available, ensuring that customers with specific dietary preferences can also enjoy a variety of dishes without compromising on taste or quality.

A key feature of this menu revamp is the direct involvement of María José Orue, co-owner of El Elegido and the head of the new menu development process. Her vision as an executive designer and her deep understanding of overall restaurant operations have enabled the creation of a new menu that innovatively meets customer expectations while maintaining El Elegido's unique identity.

Through the new menu, El Elegido aims to offer customers a richer and more diverse gastronomic experience. Along with the finest dishes and beverages, the restaurant will present a unique taste experience that harmoniously blends innovation and tradition, well-reflecting current dining trends. El Elegido invites customers to experience a special culinary world unlike any other in its newly renovated space and with its new menu.

This menu revamp at El Elegido goes beyond simply adding new dishes; it focuses on enhancing the overall customer experience. The new all-day concept increases customer convenience by allowing them to enjoy their desired menu items without time restrictions, and the provision of various dietary options is expected to further expand the customer base.

Owner and chef María José Orue has focused on showcasing creative dishes that actively utilize local ingredients while reflecting international trends. The new menu is expected to include dishes that reinterpret traditional Paraguayan elements with a modern touch, as well as fusion cuisine that offers flavors from various cultures.

Furthermore, El Elegido is paying meticulous attention not only to the taste of the food but also to its visual appeal, preparing every dish like a work of art to provide customers with an even more special experience. The restaurant's ambiance will also be revamped into a more sophisticated and comfortable space in line with the new menu concept.

El Elegido's latest changes are expected to inject new vitality into Asunción's culinary scene and are projected to establish it as an even more attractive destination for both locals and tourists.
