The Korea Post Office has been named the best parcel delivery service in Korea for the 24th consecutive year. The company received the highest score in both the individual-to-individual (C2C) and business-to-individual (B2C) categories of the 2024 Parcel Delivery Service Evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport.

In the C2C category, Korea Post was followed by Lotte, CJ, Rosen, and Hanjin. In the B2C category, Rosen came in second, followed by CJ, Lotte, SLX, and CoupangCLS.

In the corporate parcel delivery category, Hapdong Logistics received the highest score, followed by Kyungdong Logistics, Sunghwa Logistics, and Yongmaro Logistics.

Overall, the evaluation showed that the average scores for "safety of cargo accidents" and "speed of delivery" were the highest. The average score for "active support for customer requests and emergencies" was relatively low.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport plans to share the evaluation results with the parcel delivery industry and provide customized consulting to companies on areas that need improvement.
