Raleigh-Durham, NC – Air France has announced a significant expansion of its service between Paris-Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG) and Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Beginning in May, the airline will increase its flight frequency from four times a week to a daily, year-round service. This move underscores Air France's commitment to the growing demand for travel between the Research Triangle region and Europe.

In addition to the increased frequency, Air France will upgrade the aircraft operating this route. The current Airbus A350-900 will be replaced with a larger Boeing 777-200ER. This change will increase the seating capacity to 328 passengers per flight, offering a substantial boost in available seats. The Boeing 777-200ER will maintain a three-class configuration, providing passengers with options for business, premium economy, and economy travel.

Air France is the sole carrier offering direct flights between Raleigh-Durham and Paris, making this expansion particularly impactful for both business and leisure travelers in the region. AF 692: Departs CDG at 1:35 p.m., arrives RDU at 4:15 p.m.
AF 693: Departs RDU at 6:20 p.m., arrives CDG at 8:05 a.m. (the following day).
