SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – Ahn Jong-Bae, a leading futurist in Korea and professor at Hansei University, has announced the publication of the English edition of his book, "Human Revolution: The Great Transformation of Civilization," originally published in Korean.

The book explores the changes and responses brought about by artificial intelligence (AI) and offers insights into navigating the era of rapid technological advancement.

"I wrote this book with the hope that it will help people around the world understand and prepare for the age of human revolution, a time of great civilizational change brought about by artificial intelligence," said Ahn. "I also hope it will serve as a catalyst for humanity's efforts to respond to this new era."

Ahn has spent the past 20 years studying changes in human desires, the future, and the evolution of civilization. He recognized the need for a comprehensive guide to understanding the impact of AI, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and the emergence of ChatGPT.

"Human Revolution" examines the background, meaning, characteristics, and future of the AI-driven human revolution. It also discusses the importance of expanding human capabilities, preserving human dignity, and strengthening human nature and spirituality in the age of AI.

Furthermore, the book explores the potential changes in the capitalist economic system and the future of democracy, as well as the 10 major scientific technologies and 10 major industries that are expected to emerge. It also provides insights into the changes that will occur in various aspects of life, including daily life, health, fashion, education, and religion, and proposes important future response agendas for the sustainability of humanity and the planet.

Thomas Frey, a world-renowned futurist and director of the DaVinci Institute, praised the book as "an outstanding exploration of how the AI-driven cultural revolution is reshaping the world." He added, "I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to gain insights into how to respond to the future and find solutions and wisdom for the sustainable development of humanity."

"Human Revolution" is a timely and important contribution to the global conversation about the future of humanity in the age of artificial intelligence. It is a must-read for anyone who wants to understand the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
