Paraguay to Participate in São Paulo International Tourism Fair, Accelerating Efforts to Tap into the Latin American Market

The National Tourism Secretariat of Paraguay (Senatur) will participate in the international tourism fair 'WTM Latin America (World Travel Market Latin America),' held in São Paulo, Brazil, from April 14th to 16th, 2025, showcasing a diverse range of tourism products.

Paraguay will have its own dedicated booth at this fair, and through WTM Latin America, considered the most important B2B event in the Latin American travel and tourism sector, it plans to actively promote its major tourist attractions.

The trade delegation will include Andrés Ortiz, Director General of Tourism Products at the National Tourism Secretariat, along with officials from the tourism board and key figures from Paraguay's private tourism sector.

WTM Latin America is widely recognized for providing business opportunities, attracting investment, and offering direct connections with key industry players and verified buyers, including travel agencies, tour operators, hotel industry representatives, airlines, and technology companies. Participants can identify the latest market trends, discover innovative products, strengthen networking, and gain crucial opportunities beneficial for business development.

WTM is one of the most important fairs for destinations looking to promote themselves on the international stage. Paraguay has consistently participated in this fair for the past 30 years, solidifying its image as an emerging tourist destination in the international market.
