Asan, South Korea – GS Construction, a leading South Korean construction company, is set to launch the highly anticipated "Asan Tangjung Zay First City" development in December. This project marks the initial phase of the ambitious Asan New City Central City urban development project, promising to redefine the region's residential landscape.

Situated at the strategic crossroads connecting the bustling Bulldang district of Cheonan and the future Asan Tangjung 2 development, the project offers unparalleled convenience and accessibility. With a planned elevated road linking the property to both areas, residents will enjoy seamless connectivity to major transportation networks and urban amenities.

The first phase, comprising Block A1, will feature six residential towers ranging from 2 to 35 stories. The 797 units will be distributed across various sizes, including 59㎡, 84㎡, and 126㎡, catering to a diverse range of buyers. Each unit is designed with modern aesthetics, premium finishes, and ample natural light, ensuring a comfortable and stylish living experience.
