Cheonan City announced on the 17th that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Salesforce Korea, a global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software company, to establish a smart city industrial ecosystem based on artificial intelligence (AI) data.

This agreement aims to strengthen digital capabilities within the region and foster an innovation ecosystem by integrating Salesforce Korea's data and AI-based technologies into the smart city development project.

According to the MOU, both organizations plan to promote the establishment of an AI data-based innovative industrial ecosystem related to smart cities, conduct joint projects, and implement customized talent development training.
