Ourhome Launches 'Next-Level Gourmet' Brand Campaign: Elevating Institutional Food Service to Fine Dining Standards

SEOUL – Ourhome, a leading South Korean food services company, announced on March 6, 2026, the launch of its new brand campaign titled "Next-Level Gourmet" (급이 다른 미식). The initiative aims to redefine the perception of institutional catering by integrating high-end culinary standards and "Blue Ribbon" certified expertise into everyday cafeteria meals.

A Scientific Approach to the Perfect Meal
At the heart of this campaign is the launch of a dedicated brand microsite and a series of cinematic campaign videos. Set against the backdrop of a "Catering Research Lab," the flagship video highlights the rigorous journey of Ourhome’s professional chefs as they strive for excellence.

The narrative focuses on the brand's recent achievement of securing Blue Ribbon Survey certifications—a prestigious nod usually reserved for top-tier restaurants—proving that mass-produced meals can still carry the soul and quality of fine dining.

Showcasing Culinary Mastery
Ourhome plans to release a variety of content featuring the individual stories of the chefs who spearheaded the recipe development. These videos will spotlight specialists in various cuisines, including:

Traditional Korean (Hansik): Focusing on deep flavors and fermented bases.
Contemporary Chinese: Highlighting fire-control techniques and modern flair.
By showcasing the unique philosophies and specialized skills of their culinary team, Ourhome intends to demonstrate its superior R&D capabilities and commitment to gastronomic integrity.

Bringing the "Blue Ribbon" to the Cafeteria
The campaign isn't just a digital marketing effort; it is a tangible experience for consumers. Starting March 9, three signature Blue Ribbon-certified dishes will be rolled out across Ourhome-managed cafeterias nationwide:

"Fiery" Stir-fry Pork (불꽃제육볶음): A smoky, high-heat dish developed to capture authentic charcoal flavors.
"Woo-Yeon" Bulgogi (우연불고기): A tender beef dish utilizing specialized aging and marinating techniques.
"Deep-Flavored" Soybean Paste Stew (속깊은 된장찌개): A rich, traditional stew crafted with a proprietary broth base.

To add an element of excitement, select locations will feature "Master Chef Performances," where lead chefs will cook on-site to provide a visual and sensory experience for diners. Interactive giveaway events will also be held to celebrate the launch.

"This campaign is a testament to our belief that the quality of one's daily lunch should never be compromised," said an Ourhome representative. "We are bringing the craftsmanship of the restaurant world directly to the workplace."
