Seoul, South Korea – Lotte Construction has been awarded the contract to redevelop the iconic Yongsan Sanho Apartment, solidifying its position as a leading player in Korea's urban renewal sector.

Located in the heart of Yongsan, the redevelopment project will transform the existing apartment complex into a modern, luxury residential development. The new complex will boast 7 residential buildings, spanning 35 floors above ground and 3 floors below, offering a total of 647 units, including 73 affordable housing units. With construction costs estimated at 313.5 billion won, this project is set to be one of the most significant urban renewal projects in the area.

A key selling point of the project is its prime location along the Han River, offering residents breathtaking panoramic views. Additionally, the development's proximity to major transportation hubs such as Wonhyodaegyo and Mapodaegyo bridges, as well as excellent access to educational institutions, makes it an attractive option for families.

To capitalize on the project's unique location and enhance the living experience for residents, Lotte Construction has proposed a number of innovative design features. Notably, the company has pledged to ensure that every unit in the complex will have an unobstructed view of the Han River, fulfilling a long-standing desire of potential buyers.

"We are thrilled to have been selected for this prestigious project," said [Name], [Position] at Lotte Construction. "By incorporating cutting-edge design elements and leveraging our extensive experience in urban renewal, we aim to create a landmark development that will redefine luxury living in Yongsan."

Some of the standout features of the project include a sky lounge offering panoramic views of the city, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a variety of outdoor amenities. The development's design also incorporates elements of sustainability, aiming to minimize its environmental impact.

This latest win for Lotte Construction further solidifies the company's position as a major player in Korea's highly competitive construction market. With a growing number of urban renewal projects underway across the country, Lotte Construction is well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing demand for high-quality residential developments.
