The Chungcheong Metropolitan Alliance (Alliance Head Kim Young-hwan), the nation's first special local government, announced on May 28th that it is holding a symbol (CI) design contest titled "Chungcheong Metropolitan Alliance's New Face." The goal is to heighten interest in the Alliance and create a symbol mark (CI) that represents its future vision and identity.
This contest is open to all Korean citizens, and anyone interested in design, whether individuals or teams, can apply.
Submitted designs must be original visual representations expressing the Chungcheong Metropolitan Alliance's future vision and identity.
The submission period is until June 30th. After a review of the entries, the final winning designs will be selected and announced in July.
A total of five winning designs will be chosen. Awards will include a certificate from the Head of the Chungcheong Metropolitan Alliance and prize money totaling 2 million won, with the top prize being 1 million won.
