Samsung Electronics launches Galaxy S25 series in 120 countries

Samsung Electronics (CEO Han Jong-hee) has launched the Galaxy S25 series in major countries around the world on the 7th.   

Samsung Electronics announced that it will sequentially release the Galaxy S25 series in about 120 countries around the world, starting with Korea, the United States, Britain, India, and Thailand.   

TM Roh, President of MX Business at Samsung Electronics, said, "The Galaxy S25 series will innovate the user's daily life itself." "We will provide the most natural and personalized mobile experience ever through the more advanced Galaxy AI."

In line with the launch of the Galaxy S25 series, the number of languages ​​available for Google Gemini will be expanded to a total of 46.

For the first time in Galaxy history, the integrated AI platform 'One UI 7' understands situations at various user touch points such as text, voice, and images, and analyzes preferences to realize a natural AI experience between multiple apps.   

The newly equipped 'Now Brief' function provides customized information briefings in daily life, and through the 'Now Bar', users can easily check activities even on the lock screen.   

In addition, by pressing the side button of the smartphone, you can call the AI ​​agent, and enter commands and process tasks by speaking naturally like talking to a friend.   

The 'Circle to Search' function, which was first introduced in the Galaxy S24 series through collaboration with Google, has also evolved. Multi-modal capable of processing various data forms is applied to support sound search played on the device in addition to existing image and text search.   

The Galaxy S25 series is the first smartphone to apply 'content credentials' technology to AI-generated images. The editing history is left in the AI-generated image data to record the source and editing of the content.   

Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics provides benefits such as a 150,000 won discount coupon that can be used when purchasing the Galaxy Watch 7 from the Samsung.com app and a 3-month free trial of YouTube Premium for domestic customers who purchase the Galaxy S25 series for one month in February.

It also provides a 6-month free subscription to Google One AI Premium, allowing you to experience Gemini Gemini Advanced and 2TB of Google Drive storage.

Samsung Electronics also started subscribing to the 'New Galaxy AI Subscription Club' on the 24th of last month. You can purchase the Galaxy S25 series unlocked model and then subscribe to the subscription product.   

Benefits include ▲ Up to 50% residual value compensation when returning the device ▲ Providing 'Samsung Care Plus Smartphone Damage +' ▲ Discounts on mobile accessories.   

You can choose between 12 months and 24 months for the subscription period, and the subscription fee is 5,900 won per month.
