Paraguay Begins Distribution of 12 Economic Housing Units in Luque

The Paraguayan Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing, and Habitat (MUVH) announced today that it will begin accepting applications for the distribution of 12 apartments in the Residencias 1 building located in Luque.

This distribution is part of the economic housing program, providing "accessible installments and preferential financing." Apartment prices start from 354 million guaraníes, with a fixed interest rate of 6.5% and monthly installments of approximately 3,275,470 guaraníes.

Eligibility and Conditions:

Households with monthly income between 4 million and 10 million guaraníes (1.5 to 5 times the minimum wage)
Ability to receive financial support through the National Development Bank (BNF)

Apartment Features:

2 bedrooms (including 1 suite with bathroom)
Kitchen (including granite countertops with breakfast bar)
Living room with balcony
Shared bathroom
Common area with barbecue facilities and restrooms
Parking space for 1 vehicle

Economic Housing Program:

MUVH stated that it "aims to reduce the housing shortage for middle-class families by facilitating access to homeownership through lower interest rates than market rates, comfortable terms, and fixed and accessible installments."

How to Apply:

Submit required documents as posted through MUVH's official communication channels
Visit MUVH headquarters (Independencia Nacional 909, near Manuel Domínguez)
Visit the Luque Action Point (Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 17:00, Sunday 09:00 to 13:00)

Additional documents may be required depending on the applicant's profile.

Applicants who are private sector workers
Applicants who are public sector workers
Applicants who are self-employed workers
Application deadline: March 31st
