LS Securities announced on February 10th that it will be hosting the "Touhon Cup, Domestic Futures and Options Profit Contest," a six-week competition running from February 17th to March 28th. The contest is open to customers with non-face-to-face domestic futures and options accounts and is divided into futures and options leagues.

Participants can compete in both leagues and are eligible for weekly prizes of up to 500,000 won per league, based on their trading profits. To qualify for the weekly prizes, participants must meet a certain trading volume requirement. The maximum cumulative prize per person is 3 million won, which will be paid out after the contest concludes.

In addition to the profit-based prizes, LS Securities is also holding a roulette event where participants can win prizes such as massage chairs, food waste processors, air purifiers, and cordless vacuum cleaners. The company will also give coffee gifticons to the first 100 customers who share the contest details on social media and participate in the event. Five lucky participants will receive a 300,000 won department store gift certificate for writing the best reviews.

New and existing customers can also benefit from a commission discount event. Customers who opened a domestic futures and options account after December 1, 2024, or have not traded in the past three months can receive up to a 90% discount on transaction fees.

An LS Securities representative said, "We encourage investors to participate in the Touhon Cup and take advantage of this opportunity to increase their profits." The representative added, "We are committed to providing various events that meet the needs of our investors."
