SEOUL, South Korea – Madrascheck Co., Ltd., the developer of Flow, a leading South Korean collaboration tool, announced today a significant agreement to supply its cloud-based collaboration solution to Kolon Industries FnC Organization (Kolon FnC), impacting 1,100 employees. This deal marks a pivotal moment, symbolizing a strategic shift within the fashion industry from reliance on global collaboration platforms to embracing robust domestic solutions.

Kolon FnC’s decision to adopt Flow was primarily driven by the impending termination of service for their previously utilized global collaboration tool, Meta Workplace. Flow's unique offering of 100% official data migration support proved to be a decisive factor, ensuring a seamless and secure transition for Kolon FnC's extensive data and operational workflows. The move by Kolon FnC, a prominent player in the fashion and lifestyle sector, is seen as a bold strategic maneuver to enhance its digital workplace infrastructure and future-proof its operational efficiency.

The fashion industry has historically shown a strong inclination towards international platforms such as Slack, Notion, and Meta. However, Flow’s success in securing this contract with Kolon FnC, following similar agreements with other South Korean retail giants like Shinsegae International, BGF Retail, and E-Land Retail, underscores its specialized expertise and proven track record in serving the unique needs of the fashion and retail sectors. This continuous string of partnerships highlights Flow’s growing dominance and the increasing recognition of its capabilities in a highly competitive market.

Kolon FnC, renowned for its diverse portfolio of established brands including Kolon Sport, Customellow, Lucky Chouette, Series, Henry Cotton, and Brentwood, has been actively expanding into eco-friendly, golf, and lifestyle segments. The adoption of Flow is a strategic imperative to agilely respond to rapidly evolving market dynamics and manage its diversified brand operations. The company’s focus on building a hyper-connected digital workplace represents a significant investment aimed at empowering its employees to concentrate on core business functions, attracting considerable attention from industry observers.

Lee Hak-joon, CEO of Madrascheck Co., Ltd., expressed the profound responsibility felt in supporting Kolon FnC's digital transformation journey. "We are committed to actively assisting Kolon FnC, a fashion industry leader accelerating its business expansion beyond fashion into eco-friendly, golf, and lifestyle sectors, in establishing a hyper-connected work environment that embodies both efficiency and flexibility," said Lee.

Flow’s commitment to innovation extends to its recent declaration of evolving into South Korea's first AI agent-powered collaboration tool. This transition heralds a new era where artificial intelligence actively participates in daily work, moving beyond conventional collaboration to a paradigm where "AI works with you." This advanced functionality aims to eliminate inefficiencies associated with manual task organization and reporting.

At the core of this evolution is the "AI Omni Assistant," a groundbreaking feature designed to revolutionize workplace productivity. This intelligent assistant autonomously structures projects, converts meeting discussions and email content into actionable tasks, and even generates weekly reports. The suite of AI-powered capabilities, including the AI Project Wizard, AI Smart Search, AI Insight Reports, and AI Reminder, is poised to significantly enhance the work efficiency and decision-making speed for frontline professionals.

The AI Project Wizard, for instance, can automatically generate task lists and invite necessary personnel based on simple prompts. The AI Smart Search offers natural language processing capabilities, integrating not only with Flow’s internal content but also external services like Google Workspace, and supporting mobile and voice input for enhanced accessibility. The AI Insight Reports feature allows the AI to analyze key business data, such as sales figures, to generate comprehensive reports automatically. Furthermore, the AI Omni Assistant excels at analyzing conversations from various channels, including chats and emails, to extract tasks and register projects, complementing its voice-based meeting summary capabilities. The AI Reminder function provides daily notifications, summarizing tasks and schedules, and can even track work progress through voice input. These advancements are expected to foster stronger synergy within organizations, from lean startups to large-scale enterprises.

As of July 2025, Flow has established itself as a validated collaboration tool, adopted by over 500,000 organizations across 55 countries worldwide. Domestically, Flow has solidified its market leadership across all sectors, including startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, large corporations, financial institutions, and public organizations.

With its dominant position in the South Korean collaboration tool market, Flow is now strategically targeting the global SaaS market. Its comprehensive "all-in-one" strategy, encompassing project collaboration, messenger services, advanced AI functionalities, integrated groupware (including electronic approvals, email, and calendar), open URL sharing, and external collaboration features, aims to differentiate Flow from its global competitors. By continuously innovating and expanding its offerings, Flow is poised to unlock the significant global potential of K-Software, demonstrating its prowess on the international stage.
