First-come, first-served issuance of 'Korea Accommodation Sale Festa' discount vouchers starting from the 22nd
Up to 70,000 won discount depending on the payment amount for reservations of 2 nights or more

Daejeon City announced that it is holding the "2026 Korea Accommodation Sale Festa (Autumn Edition)" in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to allow tourists to relax and experience Daejeon's diverse charms during the autumn travel season.

This event was prepared to ease the burden of accommodation costs and vitalize stay-type tourism in Daejeon. Tourists can enjoy the region's representative festivals such as the Bread Festival, Hyo Culture Root Festival, and Dong-gu Dong-rak Festival, along with modern and contemporary history alleys, local bakeries and cafes, Jungang Market night market, and Gapcheon night views.

Accommodation discount vouchers will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis starting Tuesday, September 22. Travelers who receive the discount vouchers can immediately apply discounts at various accommodations in the Daejeon area from September 22 to November 8.

Discount benefits vary depending on the length of stay and the payment amount. For reservations of 2 nights or more, you can receive a discount of up to 70,000 won depending on the payment amount. For 1-night reservations, a 30,000 won discount is given if the payment amount is 70,000 won or more, and a 20,000 won discount if it is 20,000 won or more and less than 70,000 won.

Kwon Kyung-min, Director of Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of Daejeon City, said, "We hope many visitors will slow down their daily lives, stay in Daejeon slowly, and fully experience its various charms," adding, "We will do our best to create a pleasant and safe tourism environment so that the time visitors stay remains a precious memory."

Reservations can be made through 12 participating online travel agencies such as Gmarket, KakaoTalk, MyRealTrip, NOL, and TripTopaz. Specific usage methods and detailed information can be found on the official website of the 'Korea Accommodation Sale Festa' (ktostay.visitkorea.or.kr) or through the dedicated call center (☎ 1670-3980).
