Frog's Secret to Milk Preservation: A Meeting of Nature's Wisdom and Science

Among the folk remedies passed down from ancient times, there are mysterious wisdoms that are difficult to explain scientifically. Recently, it has been revealed that there was a unique method in Russia of using live brown frogs before refrigerating milk, which is causing interest.

Surprisingly, this method was not a simple superstition. Russian scientist Albert Lebedev discovered that the skin of a frog secretes antibacterial compounds. These compounds inhibit the growth of bacteria, preventing milk from spoiling. In other words, the frog acted as a natural preservative.

This discovery shows the amazing harmony of nature's wisdom and science. In the past, people knew through experience that frogs helped preserve milk, but it was Dr. Lebedev's contribution to scientifically reveal the reason.

Dr. Lebedev's research gives us two important lessons. First, there are amazing secrets hidden in nature that we do not yet know. Second, science can uncover the secrets of nature and use them for the benefit of mankind.

The antibacterial compound found in frogs can contribute to the development of new antibiotics and can also be applied to the food industry. Respecting the wisdom of nature and developing it through scientific inquiry is the value we should pursue.
