AYYAVARAM, Andhra Pradesh – 3F Oil Palm Pvt Ltd has successfully completed a pioneering drone survey in Ayyavaram Village, West Godavari district, marking a significant advancement in the application of technology to support palm oil farmers in India. The pilot project, conducted over three days, covered approximately 1,150 hectares of land, encompassing 800 plots belonging to 530 farmers.

This initiative aims to provide farmers with real-time data, enabling early detection of issues such as pest infestations or nutrient deficiencies.
“This initiative demonstrates our commitment to leveraging technology for smarter and more efficient farming,” stated Kilari Srinivas Rao, Head – Agriculture for 3F Oil Palm Pvt Ltd. “With the success of this pilot project, we aim to expand drone-based surveys across India, covering 30,000 hectares, 14,000 farmers, and 21,000 plots, supporting farmers with advanced agricultural solutions.”
